If an item states "Contact Us For Availability", the item is not in stock at our West coast warehouse, but is likely IN STOCK at a manufacturers warehouse. These items can often ship within 1-4 business days, but not always. We supply the best delivery ETA upon contact, or automatically within 2-business days after placing an order.
PRE-ORDER means the product has not started shipping in normal quantities. The estimated delivery timeframe will be included on the product page if supplied by the manufacturer.
Items stating "New Item - Coming Soon" will have the release date if known, if not, you can contact the store to be added to an interest list for the product. This is the fastest way to secure your place in line on popular new products. Click here to go to our contact page.
If an item has a shipping timeframe listed, this is the typical time an item will ship to you after placing an order. Some items may have a longer time than posted due to factors such as manufacturer backorders. If you place an order with a shipping timeframe, we will contact you within 2-business days if the delivery timeline is likely to be significantly different from the timeframe estimate.
