Shipping Availability

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

Sudan
Cuba
Syria
North Korea
Uganda

Shipping Methods

Some Special Order items may first be shipped to our warehouse from the manufacturer before being forwarded to your destination.

Oversized or overweight products that exceed standard parcel shipping limits will be shipped through an international freight forwarder. Depending on your location, delivery will be arranged using one of the following methods:

Door-to-Door Service
Door-to-Airport Service

If your shipment requires freight delivery, the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate delivery details.

Duties, Taxes & Shipping Fees

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Please note that original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because delivery was declined by the recipient, Hot Rod Cameras reserves the right to:

Retain the original shipping and handling charges.
Charge the original payment method for any return shipping or related carrier fees incurred.
