Rode's Boompole_provides up to 10' of extension for shotgun microphones. The pole uses a 3/8" industry-standard thread and is designed to fit SM3 Shockmounts, RMS Stand Mounts (NT5, NTG-1 & NTG-2), and VideoMic. The five-section pole collapses down to 33" for easy portability.

5 Sections
Five sections adjust the length of the boom between 33" and 10'(84cm - 3 m).
3/8" Thread
The boom uses an industry-standard 3/8" thread, and mates with most shockmounts and stands.
Compatible With:
SM3 Shockmounts, RMS Stand Mounts (NT5, NTG-1 & NTG-2), and VideoMic.
