The iodyne 48TB Pro Data Thunderbolt SSD RAID (Dark Space Gray) delivers ultra-fast, secure, and scalable storage designed for demanding professional workflows. Featuring eight 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 3 ports—four upstream and four downstream—it enables high-speed data transfers, flexible device chaining, and simultaneous multi-computer access. Inside, twelve NVMe SSDs are combined into a single storage pool with up to 5 Gb/s bandwidth, supported by RAID-0 and RAID-6 configurations plus AES-XTS-256 encryption for robust data protection.

The Pro Data can daisy-chain up to six units for nearly a petabyte of combined storage and supports the Storage Handoff feature to streamline multi-workstation collaboration. System health and SSD monitoring are accessible through the native iodyne macOS app, which also connects to iodyne Cloud for seamless SSD replacement throughout the device’s lifespan. The unit includes a 1-year warranty, expandable to 3 years at no cost with iodyne Cloud registration, and is compatible with macOS 11.0+, Windows, and Linux (beta).
