The SmallRig Universal Camera Baseplate with 15mm LWS Rod Clamp provides a sturdy foundation for your camera rig with versatile mounting options. Designed for universal compatibility, it features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads on the base for attaching to tripods, plates, or other rig components. The integrated 15mm LWS rod clamp supports standard rod accessories such as follow focus systems, matte boxes, and lens supports, making it a practical and reliable choice for professional camera setups.

This solid baseplate features rubber padding on top of the plate to prevent twisting and scratching. It is designed to set your camera at optimal 3.3" optical height when used with the Camera Cage for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro 3270. The bottom also is designed to allow you to change your Samsung T5 SSD when using it with the 3270 cage, without the need to remove the baseplate.

The dual 15mm LWS rod clamp fastens separately available rods with easy-to-use thumb-lever locks, and it allows you to mount optional accessories such as a lens support, a matte box, or follow focus motors onto your rig.
