Take your files on the go with the 8TB Atom Pro NVMe Thunderbolt 3 External Solid-State Drive from Glyph. A rugged portable drive that's ideal for handling 4K, 8K, and VR workflows, the Thunderbolt 3-equipped Atom Pro SSD operates using bus power and is capable of read speeds up to 2800 MB/s, write speeds of up to 2600 MB/s, and meets MIL-STD-810F standards for resistance to shock, vibration, dust, and sand. The drive has been preformatted with the HFS+ file system for Mac, and it can also be reformatted for Windows. A rugged removable cover and a Thunderbolt 3 cable are included.
Atom Pro has been designed from the ground up to provide fast performance, reliability, and a simple, elegant experience. The drive is assembled and tested in a U.S. factory with high-quality components.
Atom Pro comes pre-formatted with the HFS+ file system with journaling and is Time Machine-compatible out of the box. The drive can be reformatted to work with Windows systems.
