High-Bright 5.7" Touchscreen Monitor
The 5.7" LCD on-camera monitor features 2200 cd/m², 10-bit processing, and a 1400:1 contrast ratio for daylight visibility. It supports HDMI input and loop output up to DCI 4K60.
The display has been enhanced from previous models with factory Calman calibration for true color, 94.9% P3-D65 coverage, and 97.7% Rec. 709 coverage for vivid color and detail.
Camera Control Functions
You can control numerous camera functions via a wired cable option or wirelessly right from the monitor screen, including rec, zoom, ISO, aperture, autofocus, touch focus, modes, color temperature, and more.
Touch Focus and Subject Tracking
The monitor allows you to tap the touchscreen to lock focus and activate intelligent subject tracking to maintain sharp focus on both fast-moving action and static subjects during solo productions.
Built-In Image Assist Tools
The monitor provides numerous built-in image assist tools, including false color, zebra, RGB/luma waveform, histogram, HDR (HLG), 3D LUTs, crosshair, check field, image overlay, grids, audio meters, rectangle crop, and image capture.
Log Support
The monitor automatically identifies Sony Log signals, while signals from Canon, RED, ARRI, Nikon, Panasonic, FUJIFILM, and Blackmagic can be manually selected. The display can divide images into 14-19 customizable exposure zones with distinct false color for precise exposure judgment when looking at raw Log footage.
Custom 3D LUTs
The monitor lets you import up to 20 custom 3D LUT files via a USB-A flash drive. LUTs offer real-time previews and precise 17 x 17 x 17 size.
Sony L-Series Battery Plate
Power the monitor using the built-in L-Series battery plate, via the included D-Tap power cable, or with a separately available dummy battery using the DC output.
