The Hollyland Pyro Ultra 4K HDMI/SDI Wireless Video Dual Receiver Transmission System adds reliable long-range wireless video transmission to professional production workflows. Designed for flexible monitoring and multicamera setups, the system includes one wireless transmitter, two wireless receivers, multiple antenna options, a USB-C adapter, D-Tap to DC cable, DC power adapter, and a dual ball head cold shoe mount for versatile rigging.
Supporting HDMI and SDI connectivity, the Pyro Ultra enables line-of-sight wireless transmission at distances up to 4900' while maintaining low 20 ms latency for responsive monitoring. Hollyland’s TWiFi transmission technology combines automatic frequency hopping with a composite signal link for stable, high-clarity 4K60 video transmission even in demanding RF environments.
Multiple operating modes provide additional flexibility for different production needs, and full backward compatibility with the Hollyland Pyro family allows seamless integration into existing workflows and wireless video systems.
Unlimited Linking
The Pro Ultra ecosystem can be expanded to include unlimited receivers getting footage from a single transmitter unit, all while continuing to deliver stable wireless signals.
TWiFi Transmission Technology
TWiFi is Hollyland's new proprietary codec that creates a composite link out of 2.4 and 5 GHz wireless signals for secure communications. The system can then ensure line-of-sight transmission up to 4900'. On top of this, automatic frequency hopping avoids signal interference in crowded network environments. Dynamic Frequency Selection unlocks more of the wireless spectrum in regulated regions for additional flexibility.
Broadcast Mode
When enabled, Broadcast mode delivers real-time signal monitoring to a wide variety of receiver units from 2300' away. When deactivated, the standard setup supports up to six monitoring screens—four receivers and two mobile apps—up to 4900'.
Focus Mode
When trying to complete precise focus pulls, Focus mode maintains a low latency to ensure a responsive monitoring environment. Latency varies depending on the output resolution of your footage, measuring 20 ms at 1080p30, 40 ms at 1080p60, and 45 ms at 4K60.
Flexible Streaming
The Pyro Ultra features both UVC and RTMP streaming. Plug-and-play connectivity and flexible platform compatibility make the receiver ideal for live production and remote collaboration.
Freeze Frame
The system automatically freezes the last frame on screen when an unexpected cut occurs to give production crews time to recover. You can even set up a custom image as a default display to maintain visual consistency.
Adaptive Output Resolution
The receiver automatically adapts its HDMI or SDI output resolutions to match downstream devices, ensuring compatibility across setups.
Multiple Power Options
Both the receiver and transmitter units feature a DC power input to connect the included DC power adapter. A V-mount battery plate on the receivers and an NP-F battery plate on the transmitters expand your power options to accommodate different batteries for longer shoot times.
