The ALEXA Mini LF Ready to Shoot Set B from ARRI pairs the LPL-mount, large-format 4K camera with a selection of essential accessories including a B-Mount Power Splitter Box for powering them. This 19mm rod-compatible kit comprises the PL-to-LPL lens adapter, two 1TB Codex drives, an MVF-2 viewfinder, side and rear brackets, accessory and bridge plates, the splitter box, a CCH-2 top handle, a power cable, and two viewfinder cables.

Note: This kit does not include a battery plate or batteries.

ARRI PL-to-LPL Lens Adapter

The ARRI PL-to-LPL Lens Adapter enables you to attach a PL-mount lens to the ARRI ALEXA LF camera. Compatible with any PL-mount lens, Super 35 or full-frame, this adapter can be securely fastened to your lens without the use of tools.

ARRI Codex Compact Drive 1TB

The compact Codex Compact Drive 1TB from ARRI is a durable, industrial-style SSD compatible with the ALEXA Mini LF camera. The drive's full 1TB capacity is available for recording both ARRIRAW and ProRes without the need to reformat or switch drives.

The compact drive works without a driver or license and features a sustained write speed of up to 8 Gb/s. Using a Compact Drive Adapter allows you to mount the drives on an existing SXR Capture Drive Dock (Mac only), or any other SXR Capture Drive hardware from Codex.

ARRI ALEXA Mini LF Multi Viewfinder MVF-2

Offering simultaneous use of its high-resolution OLDED viewfinder and its 4" flip-out monitor, the ARRI ALEXA Mini LF Multi Viewfinder MVF-2 is truly a multifunctional unit. Two control dials (one on each surface of the monitor) enable the MVF-2 to be used on either side of the camera, providing the operator or assistant control as best suits your shot. Both the OLED EVF and the monitor feature upgrades from the MVF-1, including the ability to detach the eyepiece from the monitor unit.

The MVF-2's high-resolution, high-contrast monitor features the same OLED as the ALEXA LF EVF-2, providing matched views when using both cameras at the same time. The ARRICAM-style optical eyepiece incorporates a large exit pupil, providing more leeway for the operator's head movements while still viewing the image. A built-in eyepiece heater can be activated to defog your view when it's cold or muggy; this cable-less function will clear the eyepiece in all but the absolute coldest temperatures.

A new viewfinder cable incorporates keyless, easy-to-attach CoaXpress connectors; cables are available up to 33' long for remote control and viewing. The 4" monitor can be flipped out to the side, folded back with its screen visible, or folded flat for single-operator use. The MVF-2 monitor's tilting function and high daylight visibility provide convenient viewing in almost any situation.

Simultaneous operation enables the MVF-2 to provide a view for your camera assistant or director while the camera operator is using the OLED eyepiece. A single operator can use the monitor's camera control dial while viewing through the EVF or the monitor as they choose. Operator-suggested design improvements include a headphone jack for monitoring audio and a slide-out card for jotting down camera notes or actor/character names.

Combination Eyepiece & Monitor Unit

Eyepiece & Monitor Combo

This multiview unit combines a high-contrast OLED EVF with a 4" flip-out monitor; both can be viewed simultaneously. The OLED display is the same as the one used in the ALEXA LF EVF-2, providing a uniform view when using both cameras. Choose between displaying your image or the camera menu on the flip-out monitor.

CoaXpress Cable

The flexible CoaXpress viewfinder cable is keyless, attaching and detaching quickly. Support is offered for cables up to 33', enabling you to use the MVF-2 for viewing or control away from the camera.

Eyepiece Heater

Heating elements attached directly to the eyepiece glass provide critical defogging in cold or humid conditions. This efficient cable-free solution will defog the eyepiece in all but the coldest environments.

ARRICAM-Style Eyepiece

A wide exit pupil on this ARRICAM-style eyepiece provides greater viewing flexibility when keeping your eye on the eyepiece during more athletic camera moves.

Works on Both Sides of the Camera

Dual control dials enable the MVF-2 to be used on either the camera operator or the assistant's side of the camera, whether the monitor is flipped open or lying flat.

A slide-in card, useful for jotting down camera settings or talent/character names, is one of several design features incorporated into the MVF-2 which were suggested by camera operators.

ARRI Cable VF (1.15')

The 1.15' ARRI Cable VF connects the MVF-2 viewfinder unit to the ALEXA Mini LF camera. Both ends of this cable feature keyless CoaXpress connectors for quick, easy linking to the MVF-2 viewfinder.

ARRI Mini Adapter Plate MAP-2A

The MAP-2A Adapter Plate for ALEXA Mini from ARRI has been updated from earlier versions with an improved rod clamping mechanism. Designed to mount on either the bottom or top of the camera, this adapter enables you to flesh out your ALEXA Mini rig with 15mm LWS rod-mounted accessories (rods available separately).

Wing-style rod holder fasteners on the MAP-2A replace the lever fasteners found on earlier models making for quicker, easier builds and breakdowns. The MAP-2A adapter plate is compatible with studio bridge plates when used with the separately available BPA-4 adapter. Tape measure studs on both sides of the plate aid in measuring precise focus distances.

ARRI MVB-1 Viewfinder Mounting Bracket for ALEXA Mini

Use the ARRI MVB-1 Viewfinder Mounting Bracket to mount the MVF-1 electronic viewfinder to an ALEXA Mini camera. This bracket provides adjustable positioning of the EVF via 15mm LWS rods and the viewfinder mount. The separately available MAP-2 adapter plate is required for 15mm rod support on the ALEXA Mini.

ARRI CCH-2 Center Camera Handle

Expand your options for mounting HD camera accessories like monitors, transmitters, mic holders, French flags, etc., on your ARRI camera rig by using the ARRI CCH-2 Center Camera Handle. This sturdy carrying handle screws onto a UAP-2 adapter plate (available separately), and features multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories. Designed for use with ALEXA M, ALEXA Mini, and AMIRA cameras, it will also work with many ARRI accessory-equipped third-party cameras.

ARRI Mini Side Bracket MSB-3

The Mini Side Bracket MSB-3 from ARRI is a cage-style component compatible with ALEXA Mini and Mini LF cameras. Designed to fit around the ALEX Mini LF's onboard recorder and its viewfinder connector, this left-side bracket is backwards compatible with, but not required for, the ALEXA Mini.

This bracket helps to protect the camera body while providing multiple 1/4"-20 and anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads for mounting accessories. An integrated rosette enables the mounting of a separately available handgrip or handle.

ARRI Mini Side Bracket MSB-2

The Mini Side Bracket MSB-2 from ARRI is a cage-style component compatible with the ALEXA Mini and the right side of the ALEXA Mini LF. This bracket's single rod holder enables lens motor support for lightweight handheld or drone rigs lacking a baseplate rod bracket. The MSB-2 bracket offers native 19mm rod support and 15mm rod support using a separately available bushing.

The MSB-2 bracket incorporates several 1/4"-20 and anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads for mounting accessories. An integrated rosette enables the mounting of a separately available handgrip or handle.

ARRI Compact Bridge Plate CBP-1 19mm for ALEXA Mini

The ARRI Compact Bridge Plate CBP-1 19mm provides a lightweight option for mounting 19mm Studio-standard accessories to your ALEXA Mini camera. A sliding balance mechanism and quick release system offer the adjustability of a studio bridge plate at a reduced weight.

Features include right and left rosettes, front 19mm Studio rod support, and a built-in, contoured shoulder pad. Use the CBP-1 19mm bridge plate to mount camera accessories onto a pair of separately available rods or onto the ARRI-standard rosettes.

ARRI Rear Accessory Bracket RAB-1

The ARRI Rear Accessory Bracket RAB-1 is designed to mount accessories like battery plates or power-splitting boxes to the ALEXA Mini camera body. This curved bracket screws onto the camera providing a rib-like structure on which to attach a power solution. Use the RAB-1 bracket with the separately available RAB-1 Clamp to attach an ARRI Power Splitting Box, or a BAP-1 Battery Adapter Plate.

ARRI RAB-1 Clamp 2

Designed for use with the ALEXA Mini LF camera, the ARRI RAB-1 Clamp 2 is an updated version of the earlier RAB-1 Clamp. The Clamp 2 mounts an ARRI battery plate or power-splitting box further on the left to accommodate the second row of connectors on the rear of the ALEXA Mini LF.

Part of a modular accessory support system, the Clamp 2 is used with the separately available RAB-1 Rear Accessory Bracket. This clamp features a locking mechanism for additional security.

ARRI Rod Mounting Bracket (RMB-3)

Use the Rod Mounting Bracket (RMB-3) from ARRI to support a single, standard 19mm rod for mounting a lens motor, lightweight EVF bracket, etc. to your camera or cage rig. When used with a separately available insert, the RMB-3 can be used to support a 15mm rod. A mounted rod is easily secured using the thumb lever on this screw-in bracket.

ARRI 15mm Reduction Insert for 19mm Rod

The ARRI 15mm Reduction Insert is used to adapt a 19mm rod bracket to accept standard 15mm rods. This insert works with any 19mm rod mount.

ARRI B-Mount Power Splitting Box

The versatile B-Mount Power Splitting Box from ARRI provides ports for powering an ALEXA Mini or Mini LF camera and multiple accessories. This splitter box incorporates an eight-pin LEMO port for accepting power via a block battery cable.

ARRI Bottom Dovetail Plate (12" / 300mm)

Less is more when you're lugging your rig around, so opt for this 12" Bottom Dovetail Plate from ARRI with a weight-reducing cutout design for balancing your camera setup. This updated dovetail offers a medium travel range suitable for prime lenses, and it sports several features that distinguish it from earlier models.

Safety release buttons are located both at the front and back of the dovetail. The front release is especially helpful when using accessories like lens motors that may hang below the level of the baseplate, preventing an easy backward slide off the dovetail. Two removable stopper screws provide additional security when desired and can be parked on the plate when not in use.

Constructed of a robust aluminum alloy, this dovetail has built-in 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for mounting on a tripod or quick release plate.
