ARRI Audio Extension Module AEM-1 (* DEMO UNIT *)

The ARRI Audio Extension Module AEM-1 for ALEXA 35 expands the camera’s onboard audio capabilities with professional-grade mic and line inputs plus integrated electronic control. Mounting directly to the rear of the ALEXA 35, the AEM-1 adds two balanced mini-XLR inputs with 48V phantom power, along with low-cut filtering and precise level control for clean, reliable audio capture.

An additional mini-XLR input with AES3/AES42 support provides digital audio connectivity with phase reversal and level adjustment, while a 3.5mm line/headphone jack with built-in amplifier enables direct monitoring and audio output. For accessory integration, the module also supplies 12V 2-pin LEMO power and a 24V RS power output to deliver power and run/stop control—making the AEM-1 a compact, production-ready audio and power expansion for professional ALEXA 35 workflows.
