The_RigWheels RD02 RailDolly-2x_adds a bottom wheel carriage that allows to lock your camera onto rails. The RailDolly configuration is suitable for professionals who use large video / film cameras. The RailDolly has a larger footprint, so it provides a bit more stability when using a full-size broadcast camera or a similar device. The RailDolly is also a good option for critical audio recording environments because operation is silent.
This quiet camera dolly configuration uses 2 RigPlates, 4 RigAxels, and 2 different types of skate wheels. You can also use this RailDolly on square or rectangular rails, which can be much more rigid than tube / pipe rails, making this RailDolly a suitable option to set a big camera rig in motion.
