The Sachtler flowtech 7+7 100 mm Carbon Fiber Tripod System with Ground Spreader and Padded Bag is a tripod system that includes the 100mm flowtech legs, a Sachtler Cine 7+7 fluid head, flowtech carry handle, ground spreader, and padded carry bag. This system provides two support ranges, 4.4 to 33 pounds for working with small to compact cameras and rigs and 19.8 to 48.5 pounds for working with medium-size cameras and rigs.

The head features Sachtler's sideload clamping system, which allows you to take advantage of the best of both a quick release system and a sliding base plate. The flowtech 100 legs are made of lightweight carbon fiber tubes that are remarkably sturdy as well as corrosion resistant to salt water. The design of the legs along with the single leg lock release mechanism for each leg makes for quick work setting up and adjusting your tripod without having to bend down and release lower locks to achieve maximum height. The ground level spreader is well suited for use on hard and delicate surfaces. The system comes with a carry handle that mounts to the accessory mounting point on the 100mm bowl and a padded bag with a shoulder strap so you can easily transport the system.

Sachtler 1910 Cine 7+7 HD Fluid Head

The Sachtler Cine 7+7 HD 1910 is a fluid head for film and video camcorders that features a 100mm ball for fast leveling without having to adjust the legs, and supports up to 48 lbs. This head provides two support ranges, 4.4 to 33 pounds for shooting with small and compact sized cameras, and 20 to 48.5 pounds for shooting with a medium sized cameras. The payload range is selected by using the payload boost button. The fluid head features 5.9" of balance adjustment with the sliding balance plate, and it incorporates a sideload QR mechanism.

The head also features independent horizontal and vertical drag adjustment, with each axis having seven levels of drag, plus a zero setting for no drag. The fluid head also provides 16 counterbalance settings. The counterbalance and drag settings are stepped and not variable, which makes them accurate and repeateable. The built-in illuminated bubble level confirms that your fluid head is level, and features a replaceable battery.

Sideload Clamp

The sideload clamping system combines the features of a quick release plate and a sliding balance plate. This makes it easier to mount and dismount the camera from the tripod than with just a sliding baseplate system, while still being able to balance the camera on the head using the 5.9 inches of adjustment the sliding baseplate allows.

Counterbalance

A 16-Step counterbalance ensures accurate and fast balancing of many camera systems 4 to 48 lbs.

Boost Button

There is a payload high and low adjustment called the boost button. This boost will offer a top heavy system a little extra control on radical pans and tilts.

Sachtler flowtech 100 mm Carbon Fiber Tripod (Ground Spreader)

The Sachtler flowtech 100 Carbon Fiber Tripod with Ground Spreader eschews the common single or double carbon fiber tube design; instead it has redesigned the shape of the legs for improved torsional strength. The legs weigh 8.8 pounds, yet they can support a payload of up to 66 pounds, and extend from a minimum height of 16.9" to a maximum height of 62.6" when using the included removable ground spreader. Each leg features a single clamping lever that locks and unlocks the sections.

Each leg extends or retracts independently from the other two, and when it is detached from the spreader each leg can pivot without affecting the other legs. This is especially useful when working on rough or uneven terrain. You can remove the spreader completely and lock each leg in one of three positions, so you can work without a spreader if you wish. This enables you to spread the legs extremely wide for low shots while the tripod legs maintain their torsional stability. The dual spikes at the end of each leg provide extra grip when working on softer ground.

• With the spreader, the height range is 16.9 to 62.6". However, if you remove the ground spreader and utilize the built-in locking mechanism, the usable height range is 10.2 to 60.2".

The Sachtler ENG 2 Padded Bag is a soft tripod bag designed to carry various Sachtler tripods with fluid heads up to 35" long. The case is made from water-resistant Cordura nylon and can be carried by the interlocking handles or the attached, adjustable shoulder strap.
