Add accessories and support your Sony FX6 cinema camera on a variety of camera mounting systems with this Expert Kit from Bright Tangerine. The expert kit is made up of the LeftField baseplate core, a quick release plate, a standard riser plate, a filler plate, a top handle brace, the Mini Axl bracket, a top plate filler piece, and two 12" long 15mm Drumstix rods. All the components are made from durable aluminum.

The LeftField baseplate features the Bright Tangerine Open-UP quick release system and 15mm LWS rod ports for the included pair of 12" long 15mm rods. The lower dovetail plate features a standard ARRI-style dovetail form and allows you to mount it onto various rigs and systems. The included Standard riser allows you to mount the camera onto a variety of camera mounting systems and ensures your camera is at the proper 15mm LWS height.

The Mini Axl mounts onto the original FX6 top handle, replacing the original FX6 monitor bracket, and it provides 360° articulation, a 15mm rod mount, a 3/8"-16 thread, and a folding NATO rail. The top handle brace allows you to stabilize the top handle when utilizing multiple accessories. The top plate features NATO rails and 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, Sony 8T, and quick detach (QD) threads to add optional side handles, top handles, monitor mounts, or extension arms. The filler piece can be installed with the top plate in place of the top handle to add even more mounting options.

Bright Tangerine Left Field Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate Core Mk II

The Left Field Universal 15mm LWS Baseplate Core Mk II from Bright Tangerine combines with different interchangeable Bright Tangerine riser blocks for compatibility with multiple different cameras. The optional riser blocks provide the correct optical height for each camera and can be swapped in as needed.

The Baseplate Core Mk II attaches to any ARRI-standard dovetail or the Bright Tangerine Left Field ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate. Using Bright Tangerine's Open UP quick release system, it allows you to quickly switch between shoulder rigs, tripods, gimbals, and other camera supports. It also features a sliding base that helps achieve optimal balance wherever you mount it.

The Baseplate Core provides front and rear 15mm LWS rod mounts for attaching accessories. Other Left Field components, such as side plates, can be attached to dedicated mounting threads to build up a full cage.

The 4" Left Field ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate from Bright Tangerine is an ARRI-standard dovetail with multiple accessory mounts. When used with a separately available Left Field 15mm LWS Baseplate, the Dovetail Plate functions as a quick release plate.

This cheese plate can mount onto the top or bottom of your camera and incorporates multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI anti-twist accessory mounts. The two removable safety screws can also be used to fix the plate onto your camera.

Ensure your Sony FX6 is at the correct optical height for the 15mm LWS rod standard with this Sony FX6 Riser from Bright Tangerine. The camera mounts onto the riser using captive 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws, and it then mounts onto the Left Field 15mm LWS Baseplate Core using the six included screws. The captive screws allow the camera to be quickly and easily removed from the baseplate.

Bright Tangerine Drumstix 15mm Sterling Titanium Support Rod (12")

The Bright Tangerine Drumstix 15mm Sterling Titanium Support Rod is suitable for mounting an EVF bracket or other single rod accessories to your rig without adding significant weight, something every owner, operator, assistant, and rental house will appreciate. This single 12" long support rod is extremely lightweight yet exhibits less flex than carbon fiber rods of the same length, and it is lighter than either steel or aluminum rods while being at least as rigid and strong. Made from titanium, the rod is corrosion resistant, and it is machined and ground flat to prevent binding as you mount accessories.

• Each titanium rod is machined and ground flat to within a tolerance of 2 microns, which prevents accessories from binding when sliding on the rod. The strength, hardness, and machining tolerances of the rod eliminate the need for the time-honored tradition of spinning the support rod in the rod clamp when trying to build the camera package.

The durable aluminum and stainless steel filler piece is interchangeable with the original FX6 top handle, and it can also be combined with the Bright Tangerine Top Plate for FX6. You can mount accessories using its four 3/8"-16 anti-twist threads, three 1/4"-20 anti-twist threads, and two Sony 8T threads, and it features an integrated NATO rail along its length. Its threads are heli-coiled with stainless steel to prevent stripping.
